Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 4 nos boiled potatoes


  • 1 cups boiled matar


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 1 tsp mustard seed


  • 1/4 pinch asafoetida


  • 1/2 cups onion puri


  • 1 cups tomato puri


  • 1 tbsp red chilli powder


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

  • Take pan
  • Heat oil in it
  • Add mustard seeds asafoetida.
  • Add onion and tomato puri
  • Saute untill it removes oil from edged of pan
  • Add red chilli turmeric powder and garam masala saute it again for 2 minutes.
  • Add water 1/2cup
  • Mix well add boiled potato and matar
  • Add salt and boil for 3 minutes
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Serve hot .
